Liz – 6 week transformation

I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my 6 week transformation! I signed up with Ian because I spent the last year exercising 2-3 times a week but not really getting results. I needed a complete overhaul of eating habits, exercise and mind set. It took a good three weeks to properly understand and get the hang of the diet but I have made simple changes that have had a huge impact. My PT sessions with Ian were all tough and challenging but varied. My own workouts were a mix of outdoor boot camps, gym classes and weights sessions written for me by Ian. I have thoroughly enjoyed my 6 weeks and would recommend Ian and his transformation to anyone. It has been tricky at times juggling work and family but Ian is a great trainer – he is so motivational and encouraging and he knows how to get the best out of me regardless of what mood I turn up in! I will continue seeing Ian often but have the confidence and motivation to workout alone too. I have learned so much and this is just the start of my journey. Thank you Ian
