Kate – 6 week transformation

I wanted to do the 6 week transformation because I was just doing a couple of classes a week when I could in between working but I’d hardly ever go to the gym on my own because I felt like I didn’t know what I was doing and didn’t have the confidence to try. I wanted to learn more about weight training so I could tone up all over. Over the 6 weeks I’ve learnt loads of exercises I can do on my own that will help me with my goals and I’ve learnt so much about my diet which I didn’t realise was so bad until I started! I struggled the first few weeks with eating enough for my macros but then I had to get more strict and turned it around. I feel so much better in all my clothes and it’s given me more confidence and the motivation to carry on and no excuses to not go to the gym just because I missed the class today
