Using the EZ Bar automatically puts your wrists and elbows in a more natural position than a straight bar. No arm workout should exclude this exercise!

Smith Machine lunge pulses

If you have balance issues when doing lunges/lunge pulses then using the Smith Machine is ideal for you. The Smith Machine will allow you to be more controlled throughout the exercise.
