Liz – 6 week transformation

I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my 6 week transformation! I signed up with Ian because I spent the last year exercising 2-3 times a week but not really getting results. I needed a complete overhaul of eating habits, exercise and mind set. It took a good three weeks to properly understand and get the hang of the diet but I have made simple changes that have had a huge impact. My PT sessions with Ian were all tough and challenging but varied. My own workouts were a mix of outdoor boot camps, gym classes and weights sessions written for me by Ian. I have thoroughly enjoyed my 6 weeks and would recommend Ian and his transformation to anyone. It has been tricky at times juggling work and family but Ian is a great trainer - he is so motivational and encouraging and he knows how to get the best out of me regardless of what mood I turn up in! I will continue seeing Ian often but have the confidence and motivation to workout alone too. I have learned so much and this is just the start of my journey. Thank you Ian...

Kate – 6 week transformation

I wanted to do the 6 week transformation because I was just doing a couple of classes a week when I could in between working but I’d hardly ever go to the gym on my own because I felt like I didn’t know what I was doing and didn’t have the confidence to try. I wanted to learn more about weight training so I could tone up all over. Over the 6 weeks I’ve learnt loads of exercises I can do on my own that will help me with my goals and I’ve learnt so much about my diet which I didn’t realise was so bad until I started! I struggled the first few weeks with eating enough for my macros but then I had to get more strict and turned it around. I feel so much better in all my clothes and it’s given me more confidence and the motivation to carry on and no excuses to not go to the gym just because I missed the class today...

I’ve recently completed the 6 week transformation with Ian. I wanted to loose some fat round my middle, tone up, get definition, learn to eat the right foods again and gain confidence! The sessions are always hard work but Ian knows how to get the best out of you with pure encouragement, taking an interest in the odd text before your next pt session with encouragement! When I started at the gym I had little knowledge on how to use the majority of the machines or where to start with weights. For roughly a year I was doing the same thing each time I went, only going on machines I knew how to use, meaning I was seeing very little progress. That was when my friend and I approached Ian for some advice and got introduced to the six week transformation programme. It was definitely the best decision we could have made! Ian not only showed ushow to use the machines but what exact weights we should be using and how to calculate macros in order to see the fastest progression. Looking back it has been more than just a transformation programme to lose weight. We are now both knowledgeable on what foods we should be eating, how to use every part of the gym and how to vary our workouts! Lauren – 6 week transformation

I started going to the gym properly last year as I wasn't happy with my body. I could always slim down a bit but then got stuck at a certain point. After putting on weight after my holiday back in the summer I struggled to get back into good habits and going to the gym so I asked for Ian's help. The exercise part of the plan was a challenge as I did a mix of weights and HIIT, which I'd never done before. I really enjoyed it however the food part was hard. I struggled to eat the amount of calories and meet the macros I'd been set so I made no progress. After some tips from Ian I purchased my first bag of protein and managed to meet my macros for the last 3 weeks. I now feel much fitter and leaner than I've ever felt and will definitely be carrying on with everything I've learnt. Thanks to Ian I can now throw away my baggy jumpers and will be comfortable wearing my tight dresses just in time for Christmas....

Carrie – 6 week transformation

After getting hooked on the gym I got into really good shape a few years ago. As a result of various personal reasons I lost my way and got stuck in a rut of emotional eating and cardio overdrive. I lost a lot of my muscle and my body fat was increasing. That's when I went to Ian and he offered his help to get me back on track. When he said to ditch the cardio and eat more carbs & fat I was sceptical! 😳 The first 3 weeks the exercise rut was easy to break and I did HIIT and weights only.
